For some orders, Amazon will withhold customer shipping information from the API and from your Manage Orders interface.
You'll still be able to see the customer shipping information if you search for transaction or download a report. Follow our guide below for more information on how to find this missing shipping information.
You can filter orders to show ones that are missing shipping information.
Go to Orders > Filter > Missing shipping address
Below, you'll see a list of all orders that are missing shipping information.
Click on "add missing address" to bring up the form.
Type or copy and paste the information from your Amazon seller account into the fields and click on Save Address when complete.
You'll receive a confirmation box. Check back in a few minutes to verify that your order has been imported with the provided information.
